There are people who work for others. We call that service – and we are proud to stand for it. Yet WISAG has always been more than just a service provider. For over 60 years, we have grown from a one-man business into a strong group under the WISAG umbrella brand. And we are still moving forward: with Vision 2030, we have set ambitious goals for the future.

Our commitment
Diversity Charter
Diversity is our strength. In line with our value ‘colourful’, we signed the Diversity Charter (Charta der Vielfalt) in 2020. With it, we commit to creating a respectful, inclusive working environment and to valuing the diversity of our employees.
UN Global Compact
In 2025, we joined the world’s largest initiative for responsible corporate governance. By doing so, we pledged to uphold and implement the ten principles of the UN Global Compact – covering human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption.
EcoVadis Gold Seal
In July 2025, WISAG Facility Service was again awarded Gold by EcoVadis, the internationally recognised sustainability rating agency. This places us among the top two per cent of all companies assessed in the past twelve months.
KiWIS Foundation
In 2015, the Wisser family founded the WISAG Children’s Aid Foundation KiWIS. Its aim is to improve educational opportunities for children and young people. The foundation supports the children and grandchildren of our employees, for example by providing free access to educational programmes.
